I had an issue with the installers come in on a day that I was not present and the sign got installed not too visible the way I wanted to be. However I called Theresa Northup and I explained the situation and she promptly got the installers back onsite to reposition the sign where I wanted it to be. Theresa personally came over to meet me in person to address the issue.

I can not say enough great things about Mid-Florida Signs & Graphics! We have been in business for 6 years and the previous company that did the work for us did not hold up, they were not easy to work with and I was introduced to Mid-Fl Signs when we were trying to clean up a mess from that and boy did they do an incredible job! They were on time, friendly and extremely precise and affordable! They were able to remove a job that had not stood up well and replaced the graphics on our awning and it looks beautiful! If youre looking for a local company they are your go-to people! It truly is hard to find companies that care about customer service and going above and beyond and they hit the nail on the head! We had a couple issues getting are initial request responded to, but once we got the ball rolling we had excellent communication and customer service with Mid-Florida and the results (our 2 signs) turned out great!
